About GoldTree Aesthetics
GoldTree Aesthetics was set up in 2019 by Lucie Goldson and Rachel Rowntree to offer subtle, effective treatments to women and men that want to look their best.
Lucie and Rachel provide a professional and friendly service, offering the highest quality injections for wrinkle reduction and dermal fillers for skin smoothing and plumping.
Treatment sessions are held at locations in and around Exeter and are available by appointment. Please make contact for more details or availability.
Lucie & Rachel are practising registered nurses with over 20 years of combined experience working for the NHS.
Our team are trained and fully qualified to administer the prescribed treatments offered.
All medicines are prescribed by an authorised medical practitioner.
TREATMENTS
Wrinkle Reduction
Our wrinkle reduction treatments use Azzalure®, botulinum toxin type A. This is a high quality branded product that has been available in the U.K. since the early 1990s and is licensed by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA)
The areas of treatment are typically lines around the eyes (crow’s feet), forehead lines, and glabellar lines (frown lines between the eyes)
Generally effects start to be seen 2 to 3 days following treatment, with the maximum effect observed at day thirty.
Azzalure® injections significantly reduce the severity of wrinkles for up to 4 months. Effects will slowly fade as the body breaks down the toxin. You can then decide whether or not to have further treatments to maintain the effect
Dermal Fillers
As we age our collagen and the hyaluronic acid in our skin reduces. We lose volume and elasticity and lines appear. Dermal fillers can be used in the face to instantly volumise, shape and smooth the skin.
Areas of the face commonly treated are lip plumping, cheek plumping, under eyes, nose to mouth lines and lines below the mouth.
At GoldTree we primarily use Juvederm® fillers. This type of filler is globally recognised as being 100% safe and of the highest quality. It contains non-animal hyaluronic acid, which is naturally found in our bodies. Our fillers are temporary and results last between 6-18 months, depending on the area being treated. The product is eventually broken down by the body and absorbed. You can then decide if you wish to have more treatment to maintain the effect.
